Refund policy
RETURN POLICY:
QUAIL STORE currently accepts new and unused eligible product in the original packaging, with the receipt, for exchange or store credit within 14 days of purchase. Refunds are not offered at this time. Ineligible items include: Q.S. FOUND items, furniture, gift cards, and sale merchandise across all categories. These items are final sale.
We do not repair or replace items that are broken or damaged after purchase.
WEB RETURNS:
Please email us at info@shopquailstore.com to initiate your return with in 14 days of delivery. Upon review, a return authorization number will be assigned. This number is required to be included on or within your package when returned.
All returns/exchanges require authorization. We reserve the right to refuse packages that are sent without prior knowledge.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, and any fees associated with the return of an item are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend packages be returned via a traceable carrier and insured to the full amount of the merchandise. We are not responsible for missing packages. We have the right to deny credits if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
Should an order arrive damaged, photos of the exterior/interior package, packaging materials, and goods in question should be sent within 7 days of delivery to initiate a claim. Please submit photos to info@shopquailstore.com for review.
We reserve the right to amend these policies as needed.
